California trip part 3: SANTA MONICA

I was daydreaming about living in santa monica, yep I can totally see myself living here. This city is too cute, it has a beautiful beach, night life, shopping square, nice restaurants and lots of good looking people :) Not sure about housing but parking is quite cheap!

I'm not really good when it comes to cooking, well actually if I put some effort I can come up with some really delicious dishes the problem is I'm too lazy. So cooking doesn't happen that often in my house! But I'm trying to change that so I've been making some quick and easy meals that won't make me feel guilty for eating out all the time and won't take several hours to prepare and clean up! 

I was craving hummus and I happened to have some chickpea in the pantry so I looked up ways to make it and it's soooooo incredibly easy and quick! Here is just a simple way to make your own....

I must say that this was the most amazing place and time of this trip to california. So peaceful and quiet, i really got emotional in front of this natural beauty I realized how important is nature in my life. I've always loved the city and city life but after living in that environment for years I acknowledge how much i miss nature and the simple things.  LOON POINT BEACH Santa Barbara I love you!!!

p.s. This stop wasn't planned, someone we met suggested we'd stop by this place and I'm soooo glad we did. Thanks Nathan :) I just wish I was wearing a more appropriate outfit for this beach...
